Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on how many episodes you publish and what you need around them. Most partners sit between $1,000 and $5,000 a month. We quote a flat monthly rate for an agreed set of deliverables, so the number does not move episode to episode.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We work on rolling monthly agreements. There is no lock-in contract, though the results compound, and the shows we are proudest of have been with us for years rather than months.

What is the turnaround?

Long-form edits are typically back within three business days of receiving footage, with clips following shortly after. We agree the schedule during onboarding and build it around your publish day. We have never missed a publish deadline.

What do you need from us?

The raw recording and access to wherever it gets published. Everything after that is ours: the edit, the clips, titles and thumbnails, show notes and scheduling. Most partners spend under thirty minutes a week on the process.

Do you work with audio-only podcasts?

Yes, though we will usually push you towards video. If you want to grow on YouTube, video is the format that does it, and we can help you get set up to record it.

We already have an editor. Can you work alongside them?

Sometimes. If the edit is handled and the gap is short-form, packaging or distribution, we can take that piece. Where we add the most value is running the whole process, because the decisions are connected.

Do you only work with Australian shows?

No. We are based in Brisbane and work with podcasts across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe. Timezones have not been an issue in seven years.
