Are these set packages or can they be customised?
We have a basic guide of what you can expect in each package (based on what we know works) however we'll provide you with an accurate quote once we understand your goals, needs and the strategy required to get you awesome results.

Do your packages include GST?
The investment shown above for each package is plus GST. We'll always quote the package amount, plus GST.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
We do offer a discount for non for profits. Please let us know if you qualify as a non-profit and we can ensure your quote reflects this.
Can I upgrade/downgrade our existing package?
Of course. A package is unique to you and your needs so this can be upgraded or downgraded as required at the beginning of each month with at least a weeks notice.
Do you offer month to month packages?
For Content only packages, there are month to month options. For any of our Content + strategy packages, we offer 6 and 12 month contracts only.
What form of payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (via Stripe) or bank transfer only. Please note that payment must be received prior to us working on your account.
